Work undertaken: Marketing strategy and marketing operations including the creation of a comprehensive tactical marketing plan with a tight budget. Brand creation, key stakeholder management and execution of the plan in its entirety. This included PR, advertising, a press launch event and social media content planning to build customer rapport and positivity.
Results: Positive feedback from attendees, press and key stakeholders. Footfall above target and ticket sales of over 20,000 achieved in year one.
In a nutshell: Interim senior marketing leadership for an established hospitality business needing some direction.
Work undertaken: Review of internal marketing environment including staffing structure, reporting lines, marketing activity and effectiveness. Development of processes to improve, and implementation of new ideas. Identifying appropriate new 'lifestyle' sponsor, and client targets and establishing new sponsorship partnerships.
Results: Numerous new partnerships established including two sponsors which have been retained three years on. A significant increase in inbound sales leads and improved working practices.
